Automatic Travelled Grab Screen System Installs in river water pumping stations to lift up trash and solids from river water, and discharge them to belt conveyor or hopper by one gripper system travelled automatically. One gripper system replaces 4 to 8 numbers of rotary trash bar screens resulting energy saving and less investment of equipment for pumping station. The gripper system travels, travers, run down and lift in fully automatic system according to differences of water levels of each water channel. DWA has reference in Thailand in 2020.
Thermal Oxidizers and Incinerator Plants Thermal Oxidizer Package (Incinerator Plant) for the treatment of hazardous solid waste and liquid waste, MSW, and medical waste. DWA fabricates and supplied 2 plants of thermal oxidizer packages to 2 oil and gas plants in Iran in 2011 to 2017. Capacity is 1 ton/h and combustion temperature is 900 centigrade. The system is consisted of waste input equipment, shredder, dust collector, automatic waste feeding system, rotary kiln, post combustion chamber, quencher, wet scrubber, stack, combustions fans, exhaust fans, ID fans, piping, valves, dosing pumps, centrifugal pumps, rotary gear pumps, air ducts, instrument and PLC control panels.
Sludge hoppers Sludge cake hopper for storage and discharging of sludge cake in dewatering station. Made of AISI 304 or carbon steel with tar epoxy coated. New design applied that 8 screw conveyors replacing discharge gates to discharge sludge uniformly. Water flushing system installed inside of hopper. DWA has references in Thailand, Indonesia, and Philippines contracted with major global contractors since 2020.
Incinerator equipment Incinerator equipment for the treatment of municipal solid, medical, and industrial waste. Capacity is 200kg/h with 900 centigrade of operation temperature. Applied 2 automatic on/off burners for 1st and 2nd combustion chambers. Emission gas is controlled by operator. References in Iraq and Russia. Automatic run by PLC control panel supplied together with equipment.
